That's a shame, AJLondon, as I know that your normal hotel pattern is more in line with Park Hyatts than Hyatt Places. While you should certainly pursue your complaint about this specific hotel, do choose some different Park Hyatts for stays. I have had many wonderful stay experiences at Park Hyatts and great conversations with GMs that keep me loyal to the Hyatt brand.
