How do I even check the inventories of flights from now on....?

With CX flights it was so useful due to being able to see inventories being closed or not, so I know which flights to place a waitlist. Alas......no more.

I was still playing around with it for a booking this holiday season, where the trans-pacific is heavily overbooked and closed in all classes....
