I just flew SFO-ZHR in F. Menu was "Taste of Switzerland" from Schaffhausen. I try to tell you from memory what they offered:
Appetizers:
Fresh Salmon
Lobster Cocktail
Tomatoes and Mozzarella
Dried Swiss Beef and ham
Potato and Leek Soup
Mixed Greens with goat cheese and roasted bell pepper
Entrée:
Beef Fillet with Peas and Carrots
Salmon
Chicken
Pumpkin Ravioli
Swiss Bratwurst with Rösti (was a special item and not on the printed menu)
Cheese Plate
Desert:
Passion Fruit cake
Vanilla Icecream with pineapple
And a third offer I can*t remember
Chocolate pralines
Overall very good food but and I'm sorry to say this was nothing stellar. Still my compliment to the crew for preparing the Beef Fillet knowing how complicate it is getting beef right on a plane. It was perfectly medium.
