You will be sitting in J cbain for sure. My original question is which class of fare the operating carrier will issue you the ticket. Usually there is a difference of booking class between the booking carrier and operating carrier. And it is always the operating carrier booking class that determines how many RDM and EQM you can earn. In my case, I am looking at a Z fare on AC, but it is codeshared and operated by CA. I want to know what class of fare CA will eventually ticket, to determine how many RDM/EQM I can earn in UA MileagePlus.
