Did you fly a segment, then change the number? It's been one FF per itinerary with DL for a long time. Perhaps that limitation was maintained when DL switched to the origin-NW mileage recording engine.
the engine being used is DL-Magic, the worldperks database is only being used to receive credit....sounds like the issue is with DL-Magic (when PARS was around it would allow you to have 2 FF numbers in a PNR, you could credit either but the highest status of the two would dictate which benefits you'd receive, IE you could be a general member of NW but a Plat Elite of CO and if you were crediting to NW EUA would still run and upgrade you per your CO status but no bonus miles would post because you were a general member in NW which you were crediting the flight to)
