Over and back to Amsterdam on Cityjet last week, the crew found the time to do a full bar run (hot, cold and alcoholic drinks), offer a sandwich () and come around with a tray of chocolates before we descended to land....

They have a much more sparsely populated premium cabin in my experience, so I suppose they don't feel quite as much of a need to differentiate the service.

But the funny thing is that I think we are all so inured to the removal of services from short European and Domestic hops these days that it all seemed a bit unnecessary. Musn't complain though, there have been times on those short flights when the sandwich has been very welcome!
