uh-ow. New reservation is now unretrievable at hilton.com. Don't see this ending well.
I emailed hhonors on Sep 15 regarding my 2bd villa reservation. Yesterday I received this reply:
I do apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. We do show that your reservation is valid and is intact. The retrieval issue is an internal conflict with the website and the reservation system that reads the hotel information. We have escalated the issue to our website support office for correction.
I will post an update if/when I am able to view my reservation online
