Stayed there 5 nights at the end of September on 225$ prepaid rate, luckily got an upgrade to suite, which looked fine, but not all that impressive, showing it's age, looking worn out on several corners, property is in need for renovation. Also, no bath in suite? No bathrobes?
21th floor suite had horrible noise coming through from Times Square, so we asked and got the suite on 30th floor, but it was only a little better, windows didnt seem very soundproof, which is strange considering a location.
Service was very caring and friendly, but hit&miss, they called you right back after they've delivered a scale, but weren't much concerned about noise. Also had some probs with hot water and air con.
On positive notes: got 6pm checkout and very helpful bellboys. Might return, if get the suite again.
