Thanks. I guess it was not implemented, and now it's too late to change that! Reminds me of trying to get a 75c credit for refusal of (Murdoch's) WSJ. Front desk would have no idea how to provide credit, but they insist in putting the small print on every folio as if the business would cease to exist if they didn't.
