As jumbojet19920711 said, it's really hit or miss whether they do anything for when your bags come out.

Yeah, it is not like they are CX. Since it's transfer luggage to another CX flight I don't really care. But just saying, AA agents, even those at "First Class" desks, are really ignorant on OW alliance people.
