I am new to timeshare (acquired a week Wyndham unit this year but could not use it so I deposited into RCI. I only have very limited TP for my RCI week exchange so I could not search for current available list but from a timeshare forum posting very recently, looks like these Hyatt hotels have units available:

Hyatt Regency Santa Clara
Hyatt Regency Orange County
Hyatt Regency Newport Beach
