I don't remember if we're using this thread for upgrades on DL metal or not, but I had a trip this last weekend:

30 Sep SEA-SLC no upgrade. On list #10 of 16 at gate (24-seat F cabin). That's the most people I've ever been ahead of on a DL upgrade list!
03 Oct SLC-SEA no upgrade. On list #41 of #42 at gate (16-seat F cabin). 2 upgrades cleared at the gate, leaving me #39 of #40. Hey, maybe someday!
