Why would anyone have to call to book on Air Canada?????

There are plenty of outbounds on Dec.16 and lots of returns on Dec.23 for 25,000 miles -transfer your miles to Continental, and just use continental.com to book. Easy.

You can even get the non-stop on the return.

NEVER EVER use United.com - you ll get nowhere.
