If you can possibly manage it, do carry-on instead of checking things. A roller-bag, a biggish second something that can fit under the seat, and the last little bit of stuff in coat pockets.
Wear such bulky clothes as you have to have, plan on hand-washing/having laundered/having dry-cleaned. Plan on buying at destination as many toiletries as possible.
Lots of other tricks, but hope I've got you started thinking. That itinerary is tricky enough for you, let alone hoping your luggage follows.
