There was another post about this by GuyBetsy about two weeks back - try searching for "NBC - only a few aircraft left to go" or something similar.

The new F seats should be fitted by now on all longhaul aircraft bar three A340-300s. NBC is a little bit more complicated, and the thread mentioned above provides more information on that.
