Someone in another thread mentioned sharing cup-cakes and other holiday treats with the TSO's at the check-point in the hopes of creating a more pleasant screening experience for all. Although I am nearly certain that the OP's motives could be ascribed to pure good will and generosity, it would be illegal for a TSO to accept a gift from anyone they are interacting with in a regulatory fashion.

If you see a TSO with a mouthful of holiday treats or some other tell-tale crumbs on a blue shirt, for the sake of everything that is still right in this country please SAY SOMETHING! There's no telling what that sweet grandmotherly type now in the sterile area has managed to smuggle through the checkpoint with the screeners distracted by mouthfuls of cookies.
