Many of us have the scan problem. My card won't scan at CO PC - but it has scanned at some UA RCCs.

It is not clear about getting a new card. UA Insider indicated that upon renewal new cards would be sent. But no mention about LT cards.

Seems to me that all cards need issued, particularly with the scan problem.
Too many people have problems with their LT card not scanning.
