If you have BA status you can use the pleasant Aer Lingus lounge at Heathrow. This in itself should be enough to swing it. You will also get a very modest number of BA Miles.

If the price is the same, go Aer Lingus.

Don't forget the BMI option either, if you have Star Alliance status.
