Don't know what the general rule is regarding automatic access for other than Emeralds and Sapphires but always thought you could only use the departing airlines' lounge.

However, the AA press release (posted on the AMR site) regarding the opening of the new T4 AC states the the Flagship Lounge "is open to.....First Class customers on international flights, to Oneworld First Class and Emerald customers, and to international customers on eligible Oneworld flights"

While perhaps still open to interpretaion, I think the language is clear enough that it would probably be worth a discussion with the AC guardians if you were a non-elite seeking access to the FL on a Oneworld First Class international ticket not departing on AA.
