this is NOT true. the only way to acces moultiple lounges is to be a ow emerald or sapphire member. for example if you are flying first class on ba out of hkg you will NOT have access to any lounge other than the ba lounge, UNLESS you have ow world status which would allow you into the lounge regardless of the class of service flown.
