Before if an agent changed the fare class you could get a SWU to apply now even when an agent changes the booking class the fare code stays the same and does not allow SWU to apply..If there would be a delay of 3 hrs or more i would ask them to apply a SWU as a courtesy and sometimes they would.. It happened a few months ago but not anymore!!...wow i hope the Co system is not as smart..
