Etihad - no reward seats to/from Nairobi?
On any given date the booking engine shows reward seats being available but a "no fare" error comes up when trying to book online. I tried over the phone but was told that no reward seats were available. Could this be a system error which they might fix one day or is it possible that they have blocked all redemptions on this route? Ideas anyone?
