Another interesting thing about using pc codes with usaa a couple weeks ago i tried using a pc code for a weekend day 119766 which is supposed to give you $5 off but when you try adding it online it says invalid, although if you make the reservation and then click modify and add it on then it does work,now ive got no idea why but who cares.

My belated $0.02 would be that if they let you off the lot with it it's on them. It's not like you are not allowed to drive the car and you deceived them. After all, your information is on file in their computer.
The only question is if they
choose to charge you more for being young. And that is a choice on their part, since they regularly waive the underage fee. So when they let you have the car they assented to you driving their car -- without an extra fee.
See how that would play out to a judge?
