AC is also pretty good for providing flexibility in these circumstances. When my grandmother passed away a few years ago, it was just prior to a business trip. I called to change my tikets, and the agent was happy to waive the change fees and what not. I was rather thankful.
Thank you. That's good to hear / know, as I have the whole family booked on a different flight which will prob end up on the same day.
