This is at home.
It never gets to the Print feature - ba.com just tells me its' systems are not responding.
Since it seems to work OK from another computer, I'm presuming something in my computer corrupts the request and ba can't handle it. I'll try from another computer on my network.
Meanwhile, I was able to get a printed itin, so I know times, terminals, etc. I'll work on it when I get back.
