I've the Flexperks card - the last time I checked, you can also exchange your points for a visa card, ratio of 1:1 besides using it for air ticket.

For those of you who are afraid your points are gone once you cancel your cc, you can transfer it to another Flexperk member and the transfer is instantaneous and no transfer cost.

Cons: Redemptions start at 20k points for a $400 ticket; even if air ticket cost $100, you still pay 20k. So, for a ticket that is slightly above $400, it will be at the next tier.

One more thought, it gives me 3x rewards for charity, so it has been my go-to card for any donations.
