Doe this plan make sense to those of you in Beijing:

We meet at Paulaner beer garden on Sunday Oct. 9 @ 6:00pm, for a beer or libation with Jiatong. Then those of us who want to have dinner walk as a group somewhere in that neighborhood to a Chinese restaurant that looks good, or someone knows about, or the concierge at the Kempinski can recommend. It appears this is an easy place to get to by subway, even for me easy to find. Is this a good neighborhood to find decent local restaurants? Is 7:00 a good time to have dinner in Beijing?

From reading back, those who have expressed an interest in meeting up are
Jiatong, Jiejie, trueblu, and me and my DH Bob.

What do you all think? Anyone else coming?
