I think you mean a "oneworld" award (which is distance-based), rather than a series of "All-Partner" awards (which are zone-based). And IB does not serve CDG; only ORY.
Yup, OW award. Someone referred to it otherwise upthread and I got confused. And doesn't much matter which airport in PAR is used since OP planned to spend time there anyhow it seems.
