How complete is/was TAM's integration into *A?

If I sign up with TAM today and throw all my AC, UA, US etc. flights at it, could I get full TAM credit and elite status? Their status requirements appear very low, if *A flights count for TAM status I could have a Blue card in a month and a Red card in March 2012 (based on January-March flights).

If the merging with the LAN program happens later in 2012, I would then have an extra pile of OW points and OW Sapphire status with LATAM?

However, their US English language website shows a blank space in the airline partners category, despite *A membership.
