For some reason flights via MUC do get the HOT designation even on connections of 3h. Usually just a hint for sorters/loaders to sort/load correctly during loading/unloading.

F/HON luggage is separately loaded in MUC, so usually it should be first on the belt if the outstation follows the script.
They at least know about HON tags in MAN. @:-) I once watched with concern through the window of a delayed flight to FRA, my case sitting on its own behind the driver's cab...
after other cases had already been loaded. I was curious since mine wasn't the only one with a HON tag and I didn't have a particularly tight connection in FRA.
