Chinese cuisine is always loaded with shellfish, so this could be common on airline cuisine in front cabins. Maybe it is a good idea to just order a Kosher meal when you see a flight with "Supper" advertised. That is generally chicken on CX, and not bad. These come from one of the best Jewish catering outfits in NYC or LA, so are of higher quality than many other special meals prepared in flight kitchens. And much tastier than most airline chicken.
