Which address is on your BAEC account? In general, BA will not permit miles to be earned using a credit card issued in a different country than the Executive Club account registration address. I believe this would apply to both the Chase BA VISA and to Chase Ultimate Rewards programs, but the BA forum would be the best place to search for a definitive answer.
