Not sure what you are asking. If you have MP number, just purchase it with that and make sure to use the MP number when you reserve the flight.

If you have both, you should link them anyways, I have a feeling it's gonna work out much better if you tell them what the two accounts are when it's time to merge them than to let the system try to figure it out.
