How long does it take...
... for the rate to be adjusted to HOUSE COMP? My first claim was confirmed successful by a reply from the hotel's own reservation department about a week ago and until now still shows ADVANCED PURCHASE. Is this to be adjusted by the hotel or the BRG officer?
