There seems to be something wrong with the chart. It includes all the airlines and I know JL and CX interpret Asia 1 and Asia 2 differently. JL has BKK in Asia 2 and CX has BKK in Asia 1.

I'd rather just have the codes and all the airlines seperately with their policies, preferably in a book so I can quickly flip the pages rather than a webpage download for each. I still use the Summer 2000 edition of the AAdvantage Member Guide in paperback (it may even beat out Harry Potter)!
