Arrival at 2.15 pm and departure at 3.55pm (all within the same terminal) should be absolutely no problem at all. Airlines often sell tickets with much shorter connection times (e.g. 45 minutes) at NRT Terminal 1 (South). So you should have time to stop by the lounge and relax before boarding your onward flight.
You do not need to go through customs or immigration controls, but there is a security check. You can find a description of the process on the Narita Airport website.
BTW - I suggest you delete some of the details about your itin. (Seat number, date, etc.). Probably no harm will come of it, but you don't need to put information here that can be used to identify you.
