Best credit card for $20-30K spend?
Hi all,
I have an opportunity to charge my spouse's master's degree on a credit card (fee free!)

I am wondering what card to apply for to get the maximum benefit out of this large spend.
I'm considering the Chase BA card (2-4-1 BA award for spending $30K), however with the changing BA award structure (especially out of my home airport, TLV), I'm not so sure that is a good idea.

Any suggestions on the best card to get? Just to complicate things a bit, since I currently live abroad, the card needs to have no forex fees.

BTW, I am a US citizen with a US mailing address, so no issues getting a US credit card.
