I was just trying to book a First Class ticket from LAX-EWR flight on CO, and the flights are showing a fair class of "A" (with a price of $1,209 one way), which I have never seen in First before.
In fact there is no fair class of "A" even listed on CO's web site for earning miles:

And the OnePass Miles column is showing 0% EQMs instead of the normal 150%. eg "OnePass Miles/Elite Qualification*:2,454 /0%"
Anybody know what this all means? If I book it should assume I will still get 150% EQMs?
It more then likely has to do with the adjustment of the fare codes (PN, RN, etc.). You will earn 150% miles for the fares.
