Just a heads up that the last few times I have landed at DCA -- almost exclusively after 9pm -- the cab lines have been massive. Talking 30-90min wait with few cabs in sight. And that's at all the spots for one too and going anywhere from the airport. Thankfully I have a trick that saves me time, but factor this time in.
