They really have a strange setup there.
I've had a claim approved more then 3 days ago, but they are still waiting for the hotel to make the rate adjustment . Does anyone know if there is a limit to how long the hotel can take to actually make the adjustment ?
I've tried asking the BRG team, but they seem to be remarkably clueless and couldn't even provide an average time frame. Very friendly, but very clueless...
