Between your 2 options I would choose based on the following:
- total travel time
- your preference of Food (far superior on OS) over IFE (superior on LH)
- connecting in MUC nicer than VIE, but both far better than FRA

In my opinion, seats are about equal. I do tend to prefer the 767 over the A330. No F on OS, so you'll be amonst the first to de-plane.
