I'd never stay at this property again.
We stayed for three nights mid week, and even after leaving, the problems continue.
Our terrace suite had a great fountain view, but the room was quite dirty, and we had to search out housekeeping to get the room semi-clean (lots of food crumbs, general trash left behind from the previous occupants, sticky table surfaces, etc.)
We were charged $3 for delivery of our Plat amenity.

No one knows how to process Marriott gift cards. Check out took nearly an hour, and then we arrived home, checked the balance on our gift card, and discovered they had zeroed it out. Numerous phone calls, and it is still not fixed. The resort managers are clueless on how to process the refund back to the gift card, and only one person is apparently authorized to do so. ??
Customer care has contacted the Cosmo, so hopefully a refund is forthcoming.
