I do: recognition for extreme loyalty. And what is the harm in an even higher tier to recognize ~0.3% (pulling this number out of my arse... I'm trying to illustrate that it would be a super small, high volume customer, think George Clooney's character in Up in the Air) of SPG's customers that would pull 180 nights a year? I think it would be pretty rad for those that spend at least 1/2 of their life the previous year in a SPG hotel.
FTR: I probably would not qualify for a hypothetical super-platinum, I get plat by hopping from property to property for the first 25 stays, and I only log 50-60 nights a year anyways.
