The original thread was about some place easy to get to from LAX without having to take a car or taxi. Which is defenitly still an interesting topic. However, what I am currently looking for is a hotel that has a good restaurant. Since I am not going to be tied a particular chain this weekend and don't want to really leave the hotel, I figured I would base my hotel choice on who had a decent place to grab dinner. Not so much taking a shuttle from the airport.

The Daily Grill - is that part of the chain, or is that a separate restaurant? I have heard mixed reviews of the chain, but not this particular location. How is the 96th st grill in the Renaissance?
