well, IFL is part of the whole fun of international first, and if there is a first class lounge that is star (eg sq) then i expect UA to have negotiated access to it. Well if you're are that set on the 1st class international experience I wouldn't be flying UA to start with. Anyway the NZ lounge is way better than anything any of the US airlines offer...
