well, IFL is part of the whole fun of international first, and if there is a first class lounge that is star (eg sq) then i expect UA to have negotiated access to it. It's not as if sydney is some backwater place where there is only one lounge, and even if it were, my experience of backwater places is that there is still a distinction between IFL and business class lounge
