Thanks for your supporting views on this topic. I am glad someone is thinking along the same lines as me.
Going off topic, look at Lufthansa - it lost US$476 million for the quarter (3 months) - now that equates to over $5 million loss per day.
Let's not get carried away with the CX issue too much. There are other airlines out there that are BAD - VERY BADLY MANAGED than what we are getting carried away with here. Please, give me a break. Why not talk about what's happening at SQ for a change.
