There's not much to choose between the seats on the OS 767 and the LH A330. Food is usually better on OS, IFE about equal but the A330 is much quieter than the 767. Transfer at VIE is very easy as is MUC, FRA is a bit more of a pain. IME they come out about equal - sorry, not much help!
