Does this mean that I can get a card with my spouse's name on it for only $25? And what does "member and spouse" mean? We're talking about a replacement card here. I don't get it.
Yes -- you can get a card with your spouse's name on it. If you want your card replaced for both your spouse and you, then it is $50 ($25 per card replacement).
