Lifetime PC replacement card question
Just happened upon info to replace my Lifetime PC card (not that I need one) and I saw this:

Replacement Card Types

You are eligible for the Platinum Elite discount rates listed below.
Member Only -- $25 Spouse Only -- $25 Member And Spouse -- $50

Membership Expiration Date:
Thu., Dec. 31, 2099

Does this mean that I can get a card with my spouse's name on it for only $25? And what does "member and spouse" mean? We're talking about a replacement card here. I don't get it.
